P64 Residence, Golden Enclave
A two-level home held together by one staircase, warm timber underfoot and a cascade of light overhead.
P64 is a duplex residence at Golden Enclave where oak flooring and walnut joinery run through every room. A glass-and-timber staircase links the entrance to a quiet upper lounge, and a double-height chandelier of glowing discs anchors the void between them. Dining is built around a veined stone table and leather chairs, the kitchen is a long, softly lit run of handleless cabinetry, and the bedrooms and bathrooms keep the same restrained palette with a few considered moments, such as a slatted walnut vanity wall.

Timber treads and a slim glass balustrade let the staircase read as part of the room rather than a barrier through it.

A chandelier of frosted discs falls through the double-height void — the home's quiet showpiece.

Handleless cabinetry with a continuous warm light line along the counter keeps the kitchen calm at any hour.

Walnut slats, halo sconces and a sculpted basin turn the vanity into a small moment of drama.
